What we process
We process account contact details, business profile information, customer bookings, uploaded brand assets, usage events and support communications needed to provide GLOWADMIN. Health intake data may contain sensitive information and is used only for the relevant booking workflow.
Why and for how long
Data is used to operate the service, secure accounts, fulfil bookings, prevent abuse and meet contractual or legal obligations. We retain it only for as long as the account, transaction or applicable legal requirement needs it. Temporary onboarding uploads are private and removed after publication.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, database, email, AI, error monitoring and payment providers process limited data on our behalf. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by GLOWADMIN. Provider and transfer details will be included in the final data-processing documentation before public commercial launch.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@glowadmin.com. Essential security logs cannot be disabled while using the service.
